Great! Now what do I do with my OCD habit of color coordinating my M&Ms before I eat them...or my compulsion to make sure all labels in the pantry are facing front?
Yeah, I'd be worried if a good or neutral habit disappeared by itself.
Or if someone undid a good or neutral habit... That'd be a sign of something odd, for sure.
And some folks never get to the part of recognizing the habit in the first place, either. So I think you're on to something if you're at the stage of recognizing the habit...

Well, they're not actually considered bad unless they hurt you or someone else.
