Concrete Heart
Appropriate to my feelings today, I happened upon this along my walk this afternoon. It's the concrete. The pavement. Wet pavement with cracks and patches. Shaped like a heart. Can you make it out? ...nevermind my shadow, or the crappy focus from my phone camera.I tried to pass it by, but couldn't. It required my attention...as my own concrete heart does today.

With the shadow, and the way the dark parts are showing on the concrete, I originally thought this was a tattoo on someone's shoulder/arm.
I know there's a Bible verse about it. The hardened heart. Not the tattoo.
